RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from EDAS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
EDAS and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, EDAS does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by EDAS itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Please keep in mind that EDAS uses brass as a base metal for all of our jewelry. Brass is known to naturally patina with wear and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or at home solutions. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy below.
Shipping & Return Policy
You have 5 calendar days to return an jewelry item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. There are no returns on leather goods, only jewelry items are eligible for returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
